This is an experiment to teach myself how to create a blog so that I can teach someone else how to do it.
1. Go to http://www.blogger.com/home

Sign in to your Google account. If you don't already have one, create
one. You can use an existing e-mail address. You just need to create a
password that is for Google - this does not mean that they are asking
you for your existing e-mail address's password.
3. Click on New Blog.
4. Fill in name for the blog.
5. Type in blog name on next line where it asks for the URL for your blog.
6. Click in one of the template boxes. I think you can change it later. I chose simple.
7. Click on Create Blog.
Now you can start your first post.
